By completing this form you are agreeing to the following policies:

Please note that all payments are non-refundable. Your payments may be transferable to a new reservation. Please check our cancellation & rescheduling policies for more details.

By making a payment, you are agreeing to all the terms of our contract the terms of the Wedding Place Contract.
A surcharge of 18% will be added to all balances due. The surcharge includes filing & recording fees, coordination & supervision fees, clean-up/set-up costs, (including but not limited to, credit card & bank fees, licensing fees, etc.

Please complete the following form to submit a reservation request. By submitting your reservation request, you agree to allow The Wedding Place to charge your credit card $100 for a deposit. All deposits are non refundable if the date is available. Once your reservation request is submitted, one of our planners will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your ceremony venue, date & time.
